Adobe: Flash for Android 4.0 to be last ever on mobile

Adobe slightly backtracked on its plans to drop mobile Flash entirely Monday after it stated that there was one more version coming to support Android 4.0. Where it had previously said Flash 11.1 was the last version, the company told Pocket-lint one more version would come to support the Galaxy Nexus and future devices before the end of the year. RIM: 2012 BlackBerrys will be ‘whimsical,’ keep keyboards

RIM in a pair of conversations has given clues as to the design language for its 2012-era BlackBerry phones. One interview with RIM's Industrial Design Senior VP Todd Wood told Pocket-lint that the phones would take a different tack than the serious designs that have dictated the BlackBerry for the past five years. Samsung will "never" license or buy webOS from HP, CEO Choi Gee Sung explained at IFA on Friday. Shooting down rumors of a buyout, he told the media that the company instead preferred to pour effort into its Bada smartphones and was working to improve the OS "harder than outside people think."
