Toshiba's Excite tablet, or the AT200, received its US debut on Sunday as the Excite X10. The Android 3 tablet is due to arrive before the end of the month in 16GB and 32GB versions. HTC drops appeal against 3G ban in Germany
HTC faced another setback Friday after it decided to drop an appeal against a ban on its 3G devices in Germany. The company made the surprise reversal after it decided that it wasn't likely to win against IPCom, which claims all of HTC's 3G hardware violates its patents.
